I started Iter0 after seeing founders spend too much time polishing ideas before talking to real people. The challenge was turning scattered feedback into a simple, repeatable way to learn early. I am building Iter0 to help founders test assumptions, find their first believers, and keep moving through each iteration. The hardest part has been choosing focus over endless possibilities, but small experiments and honest conversations keep the work grounded.
